H.E.A.R.T Program

HER Empowerment and Reinvented Transformation

The H.E.A.R.T. Program offers an inclusive, barrier-free space where women can connect, reinvent themselves, and take part in activities that support health, wellness, and personal freedom.

Program Offers:

The H.E.A.R.T. Program is a vibrant, community-driven space where women come together to nurture health, wellness, and a sense of belonging. Led by passionate facilitators, many of whom run their own businesses, each program offering supports the mission of helping women find mental wellness, balance, and healing, while creating authentic connections in every space.

From OM in the Space (yoga, meditation, somatic healing, and self-care) to Healing Art Circles, Creative Expression Nights, and our Good Girlfriends Bookclub, women can explore creativity, self-expression, and personal growth. Social gatherings like Monday Mom Mingles, Ladies’ Nights & Community Field Trips foster friendships and a supportive network, while therapeutic activities such as Gardening Gals, Creative Family Days, and Wild WIP Tuesdays (crochet & knitting circle) bring joy, mindfulness, and community connection.

The program also offers deeper healing opportunities through HER Table Talks, Recovery Dharma peer support, and Monthly Mental Wellness Workshops.

At its heart, the H.E.A.R.T. Program is more than a series of activities, it is a living, community-led network where women support one another, find balance, and step into healing together.

Good Girlfriends BookClub

This is a space where women come together to read, learn, and grow. Our book selections focus on the stories, struggles, and triumphs of women, helping us understand our place in society, women in leadership, how to take up space, and how to empower and uplift one another.

We meet on the last Friday of every month from 6 PM - 730 PM, where a light lunch is provided as we dive into meaningful discussions. Registration is required via events@interiorwomenscentre.org.

Each month, we explore powerful narratives and are sometimes lucky enough to be joined by the very authors who inspire us. Join us as we turn pages, spark conversations, and build a community that champions bold, brilliant, and unstoppable women. 📖✨
