Girls of Tomorrow
Girls of Tomorrow is an inclusive, community-rooted leadership program designed to empower girls and young women to discover their strengths, build meaningful connections, and become the next generation of leaders. Through workshops, mentorship, events, and our Summer’s In initiative, participants gain the confidence, skills, and support needed to thrive in their personal, academic, and future professional lives.
The program creates a safe and welcoming space where girls of all backgrounds, cultures, abilities, and identities can grow, build friendships, and explore their potential. Through leadership development, cultural knowledge sharing, and community connection, participants develop the skills to become compassionate, inclusive leaders who value diversity, reconciliation, and equity.
Girls of Tomorrow offers opportunities to explore:
Leadership & Policy Development – Building confidence in advocacy, public speaking, civic engagement, and decision-making to prepare girls to become future community leaders and changemakers.
STEM, Sports & Trades Exploration – Connecting girls with mentors, role models, and hands-on experiences in fields where women continue to be underrepresented.
Cultural Knowledge & Inclusion – Learning from Indigenous Knowledge Keepers, Elders, and diverse community leaders to foster respect, belonging, reconciliation, and intercultural understanding.
Health, Wellness & Identity – Supporting girls in developing self-awareness, resilience, healthy relationships, body literacy, and confidence.
Career & Financial Readiness – Introducing workplace skills, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and future career pathways.
Through mentorship, connection, and shared experiences, Girls of Tomorrow empowers girls to find their voice, embrace their identities, and build the confidence to shape a more inclusive and equitable future.
