Coming Back To Her

"Coming Back to HER" is a 6-week psycho-educational workshop designed to help women reconnect with and redefine who they truly are. Through guided reflection, empowerment tools, and supportive discussion, participants will explore identity re-development, healing, and the art of setting healthy relational boundaries. Together, we will work on quieting the self-limiting stories we often tell ourselves and opening space for growth, strength, and self-compassion.

This unique program is for every woman at a crossroads, whether you are emerging from hardship or seeking to deepen your own self-healing journey. In a safe and welcoming space, women can come together to reclaim their voices, rebuild their sense of self, and step forward with renewed clarity and confidence.

Registration opens January 2027 for Spring / Summer Intake.
